Transparency & Authenticity
Reviews on Apna Sahiwal must be unbiased and based on actual experiences. We do not allow business owners to review their own listings or pay users to submit reviews.
Preventing Fake Reviews
- One review per user: The platform limits registered users to a single review per business listing to prevent vote stuffing.
- Aspect Ratings: Educational listings (schools, colleges) require scoring separate aspects (Teachers, Facilities, Academics) to ensure structured, helpful feedback rather than random star clicks.
- Reporting: Businesses or users can flag suspicious reviews. Flagged comments are routed to moderators for review.
Review Moderation
Reviews are checked for profanity, personal details (phone numbers, addresses), and off-topic arguments. Reviews containing this content will be hidden from the public.
